This forms part of the Central Highlands Workforce Development and Accommodation Strategy.

Ensure that the Talent Attraction Campaign is considerate of the findings of this work and is timed appropriately.

Stage 1 to be focused on placing the region on the radar and then Stage 2 to target identified areas of need.

PROGRESS REPORT

  April 18, 2024 CHDC held a Focus Group session, conducted by Neon Logic, to gather valuable insights to shape our Talent Attraction Strategy.

April 29th, our Talent Attraction Project progresses with the selection of individuals from key industries like early childhood care and education, construction, health, mining, and trades chosen to showcase the Central Highlands as a great place to work and live.
