The Central Highlands Major Projects Register 2026-27 features 48 projects collectively valued at more than $5 billion, a clear signal of the region’s enduring appeal to investors across a diverse and growing range of sectors.
The register captures projects spanning early concept through to construction and completion, providing a
forward view of activity and supporting informed decision-making for businesses, investors and government.
With a number of projects not publicly disclosing capital investment, the $5 billion figure is considered conservative, meaning the true scale of activity is likely greater still.
