The Talent Attraction Project, which forms Action 9 of the WDAS (Workforce Development and Accommodation Strategy) is a collaboration between CHDC and Neon Logic Agency with the support of the Central Highlands Resources Roundtable (CHRR) and CHRC. Talent Attraction aims to alleviate critical workforce shortages in the Central Highlands and promote the region. Through research, strategy development, creative execution, campaign implementation, and analysis, the project endeavours to position the region as an appealing destination for living, working, and leisure whilst attracting and retaining skilled professionals.

A clear, adaptable process for marketing roles will be established, utilising multiple channels and authentic employee stories to connect with both passive and active candidates, strengthening the Central Highlands’ brand as a prosperous, close-knit community.
