EOI CONDITIONS(Required)

• Respondents acknowledge that CHDC is facilitating the EOI process to gauge market interest in the region on behalf of potential private and public sector stakeholders. • Respondents acknowledge that the information provided will be used by CHDC to facilitate further discussions with stakeholders, including seeking out interest in the incentives and conditions proposed. • CHDC may reject any EOI that does not comply with the conditions. • CHDC reserves the right to discontinue or amend the EOI process and conditions at any time. • CHDC may alter or amend this EOI, and if so, will do so in writing. Respondents that have registered to receive the EOI documentation will be provided with any amendments. • CHDC may seek clarification from respondents on any aspect of the EOI prior to considering a decision in this regard. CHDC may issue a request for proposals to shortlisted respondents, or negotiate with any or several respondents. • Respondents warrant that in lodging an EOI, they did not rely on any express or implied statement, warranty or representation, whether oral, written, or otherwise made by or on behalf of CHDC, its officers, employees, agents, or advisors other than those contained in the EOI. • The submission of an EOI response by a respondent will not give rise to any governing contract. CHDC expressly disclaims any intention to enter into any such contract. • Any respondent, their team, or consultants acting on their behalf must not approach or request any other person to approach any member, officer, or consultant of CHDC in order to canvas support. Any respondent who does so may be disqualified from participating in this EOI process. • Respondents must not disclose the terms of any proposal unless the respondent obtains the consent of CHDC or such disclosure is required for the purpose of implementation of this EOI process.
