Emerald Animal Management Centre Upgrade
Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking qualified and experienced suppliers to carry out various works at the Emerald (AMC) Animal Management Centre. The existing Emerald (AMC) Animal Management Centre is aged and requires major upgrades to the facility.
The AMC is located adjacent to the exit gate of the Central Highlands Regional Council Works Depot in Emerald, at 23 Batts Street, Emerald Qld 4720.
These works have been made available as Separable Portions and comprise:
1. Concreting
2. Plumbing
3. Roofing / Shade Structures
4. Fencing & Gates
5. Brickwork
6. Electrical
7. Painting & Waterproofing
8. Grouting
9. Modular Veterinary Room, Toilet & Office Installation
10. Storage Shipping Container Installations
