Regional Produce Showcase
CHDC presented its latest Farm to Fine Dining in July 2022.
This was the 7th annual Central Queensland Highlands Regional Produce Showcase, delivered in partnership with the Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC).
The event brought the best of Central Highlands produce to Brisbane for an invitation-only, four-course dinner.
CHDC works with local producers and the venue’s chef to develop a menu that showcases the region’s produce to leaders and strategic stakeholders from agribusiness, government, peak industry bodies, tourism and investment sectors.
