Central Highlands Cuisine Shines in City

The Central Highlands’ passion for produce has once again injected a regional flavour into Ekka season.

The 3rd Farm to Fine Dining Regional Produce Dinner was hosted by CHDC to promote regional produce and agribusiness to 70 influential guests.

“The dinner shines a light on the often-hidden delights of Central Highlands agriculture but not just its end product,” CHDC General Manager Sandra Hobbs says.

“It tells the stories behind the produce – the hard work, innovation, and value-adding practices of the producers.”
