PROGRESS REPORT

  Job description drafted.

  Funding application submitted and underway!

CHDC had planned to create a full-time Future Skills Facilitator role to address regional skills shortages and improve industry pathways. However, following feedback on the unsuccessful funding application, which highlighted concerns about alignment with the LBF Exit Strategy and the lack of stakeholder contributions, CHDC has decided to pause the initiative due to current resourcing constraints.
