The Fair Work Commission handed down its decision earlier this month for the Annual Wage Review 2023-24 (‘AWR’). The panel awarded 3.75% increase to all modern award wage rates and 3.75% national minimum wage increase. The increases commence from the first full pay period after July 1, 2024.
