ROADMAP TO RESULTS: BUSINESS PLAN ESSENTIALS WORKSHOP
This course, developed by the Australian Institute of Management, will assist you to identify where you are now, where you want to be and how you are going to get there. Your business plan is the foundational document that will support your decision making to achieve your business goals.

Workshop Schedule
7 February – In Person Session – Full Day: During this hands-on, interactive session, you’ll dive into the key components of business planning. You’ll work through practical exercises to help you define your business objectives, identify your target market, and outline actionable steps to achieve your goals. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear vision for your business’s future and a draft of your plan to refine further.
28 March – Online Session – Half Day: Armed with your completed plan, this session offers the opportunity to ask any remaining questions, receive tailored feedback, and explore your marketing strategy in greater depth. You’ll explore how to effectively promote your business, target the right audience, and develop a marketing plan that aligns with your broader business objectives.
