Pop in and take a look around this charming two-bedroom cottage.

It’s made from prefabricated components and was installed, landscaped and furnished within a couple of days.

The idea is to give the Central Highlands community a tangible experience of a home that’s used modern methods of construction (MCC).

The project is a collaboration between CHDC, Duke Housing, Kestrel Coal Resources and Central Highlands Regional Council.

It’s an initiative of the Central Highlands Workforce Development and Accommodation Strategy, an action plan to help our region realise its full potential as a fantastic place to live, work, invest, and play.
