The Building Business Resilience workshop is part of the Farm Business Resilience Program and is designed to assist mixed and cropping businesses to assess their resilience to drought, flood and other natural disasters.

What this workshop covers:
• Identify improvements that will make producers more money
• Opportunity to learn from other producers
• Prioritise your most profitable improvements
• Develop a training program to increase skills and knowledge, so they can make more profitable changes
• Assistance with completing and/or reviewing Farm Business Resilience Plan

Note: A Farm Business Resilience Plan is a mandatory requirement to apply for drought assistance through QRIDA – up to $50,000 in grants and $250,000 as low-cost loans

There will be ongoing DAF assistance and follow up activities on:
o One-on-one support
o Future workshops
o Training activities
o Bus trips
o Field walks
o On-farm trials
