Cancellations / Refunds / Substitutions
Should registered delegates be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference commencement date will receive a refund less a handling fee commensurate with registration fees incurred. No refund will be given after this date. All cancellations and substitutions must be advised in writing to CHDC. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any outstanding fees remain payable.

Your attendance at events may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used on our websites, publications, social media or by other media and marketing channels. If you do not wish your image to be published, please notify CHDC before the event.

Neither CHDC, our agents or servants, nor event sponsors or partners will be held responsible for any changes in the structure or content of the event program including speakers and any general or specific information published relative to the event. CHDC will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss damage to their personal property as a result of the event.
