Confirmation of your partnership and entitlements will follow by email together with a tax invoice.

Full payment is required upon confirmation of your partnership selection.

Payment plans can be negotiated for larger partnerships or to assist in financial year payments.

Partners will be accepted on a first-in, first-served basis, upon receipt of completed booking form and full payment.

CHDC will endeavour to accommodate any trade display requirements you have listed in this form however cannot guarantee availability for all bookings.
