I’m also pleased to report our recent Microsoft workshops were an outstanding success! A huge thank you to Marianne from Thrive Admin, who expertly guided nearly 80 participants through Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. The feedback has been incredible — many of you had those “light bulb” moments, discovering new shortcuts and time-saving techniques that will enhance your productivity and efficiency.

I can also announce that we have a Business Plan Writing Workshop scheduled for October, in collaboration with the Australian Institute of Management. This will be the perfect opportunity to get your business ready for the 2025 Central Highlands Business Excellence Awards. Whether you’re looking to refine your strategy or start from scratch, the workshop will equip you with the tools and insights needed to stand out and succeed.
