- Central Queensland Highlands Visitor Information Centre – WOW! Award for “an amazing team of volunteers and delivering excellent service” and Glen Wass named a Volunteer of the Year by Queensland Information Centres Association.
- Australian Nature Guides – a Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award and Simon Ling named Val Speedie Outstanding Tour Guide by Savannah Guides Field School.
