The survey invites people already employed in the region to share their thoughts, motivations and experiences.

Local employers are urged to encourage their staff to participate in the survey.

Background

This project is part of a talent attraction campaign for the Central Highlands, being developed by CHDC and NeonLogic Agency, a recruitment marketing specialist.

This campaign will help:

  • Central Highlands employers communicate their offering to the talent market
  • candidates understand what living and working in the region will be like
  • employers attract the right people into the region and their organisation
  • showcase the great lifestyle on offer in the Central Highlands.

This initiative is part of a broader workforce development program, initiated by the Central Highlands Resources Roundtable to help address the region’s skilled labour challenges.
