SIGNAGE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
A Request for Proposal (RFP) is now open for the design and installation of the Central Highlands – The Geo Trail interpretive signage.
CHDC invites proposals from relevant agencies to develop and install interpretive materials suitable for 50 roadside signs, and online content, that can support the region’s geo trails and leverage the goals of Queensland’s Towards Tourism 2032 strategy to grow regional tourism.
Please download and read the RFP document before submitting your proposal to rjohn@chdc.com.au no later than 5.00pm, 4 October 2024.
This project is made possible thanks to the Building Bush Tourism Initiative, a Queensland Government fund established to create new or enhanced infrastructure or deliver community and cultural experiences that improve local lifestyles while also driving visitation.
The grant was part of the funding announced for Southern Queensland Country (now named Queensland Country) in this media statement issued in June 2024.
CHDC is the project lead on behalf of Central Highlands Regional Council.
