Well, this past week has been amazing! The People’s Choice votes for the Central Highlands Business Excellence Awards are pouring in! Our finalists are in the race to see who can be named the best customer service provider in the Central Highlands.

With only a few weeks until we celebrate at the Awards Gala Dinner, we are winding down from 12 months of Business Excellence Awards busyness. To all the businesses across the region that have been involved through the entry process, I commend you for taking time out of your busy lives and businesses to be a part of this fantastic biennial event. It takes extreme commitment to elevate and grow your businesses and I hope that the process has added to your businesses in one way or another.

We are already looking at 2018, things are being booked well into our new year. As this year comes to an end, there is careful planning around how we can do it all again and better. If your business is interested in workshops or you have any ideas around the kind of skilling that you need, now is the time to plan.
