As part of the Enhancing Early Childhood Education and Care (EECEC) project, a series of free webinars will be presented to help early childhood education and care services grow their workforce and maximise utilisation.

These sessions are designed for those currently employed in early childhood education or childcare and those considering or interested in a career in the sector.

Delivered by Astute Early Years Specialists, each webinar will run for 15 minutes at 10:30am on Wednesdays across July.

Today’s session will be about Strategic Rostering: Rostering that aligns with service needs, constraints.

• 23 July – Mind the Gap: Gain practical tools to spot skill and shift coverage gaps
