The Rockhampton Manufacturing Hub will host a LEAN Manufacturing workshop facilitated by TXM.

This series has been designed based on the feedback of industry and will provide fresh insights into LEAN thinking and the challenges of sustainably improving your business’ operational performance. It is known that LEAN concepts are powerful tools to increase productivity, improve quality, and encourage employee engagements whilst minimising waste and reducing business costs.

This workshop will demonstrate the value of LEAN to your business and identify an approach that will ensure you maximise the rate of change and return on investment in your business. At the workshop you’ll also receive an assessment of the culture, leadership, and business maturity of your operation, and provide you with a range of self-help techniques, guides and assessments.

This event is designed for 2-3 key personnel from each business, including the business owner and/or manager to attend the two-day workshop.
