EOI INFORMATION
CHDC is seeking local, passionate producers to provide high-quality produce for our annual advocacy event Farm to Fine Dining, which will take place in Brisbane in June 2025.
CHDC works with Blackbird Bar & Grill Executive Chef Jake Nicolson to create a high-end menu showcasing the best of the produce our region has to offer.
We are seeking high quality produce including but not limited to prime beef, lamb and pork, vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes and grains.
Produce to be confirmed by March 2025 and available for delivery in May 2025 allowing quantities to serve approximately 100 guests.
Farm to Fine Dining is an exclusive, invitation-only three-course meal held in Brisbane, offering a unique platform to bring together local stakeholders and key decision-makers from outside the region.
This prestigious event celebrates its 10th year in 2025 and continues to spotlight the Central Highlands’ exceptional agricultural produce, fostering new connections and collaborations.
The showcase provides an opportunity for the Central Highlands region to advocate for significant projects, policies, and potential changes while introducing the Central Highlands’ premium produce to an audience that may not otherwise experience it.
Through the dining experience and the discussions that follow, the event aims to elevate the profile of the region, its high-quality produce, and the businesses that make it possible.
Since its inception in 2016, the Farm to Fine Dining Showcase has continued to grow in prominence and impact, becoming a key event in CHDC’s annual calendar and a sought-after invitation by stakeholders.
Its consistent success has solidified its position as a powerful advocacy event for the region.
