In 2016, the Central Highlands Development Corporation (CHDC) & the Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) established the Central Highlands Accelerate Agribusiness (CHAA) initiative to grow, promote and realise the value and opportunities for all businesses producing agricultural and food products, processing and providing other value-adding services in the Central Highlands.

CHAA IS NOW DELIVERING MANY EXCITING PROJECTS AND EVENTS FOR THE REGION. HEAR MORE, PROVIDE FEEDBACK AND FIND OUT HOW CHDC CAN SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS AT OUR INFORMAL ROADSHOW MEETINGS.

• Meet and chat with the CHAA Strategic Advisory Group: Chairman Kerry Hayes, Fleur Anderson, James Clark, Ian McCamley, Paul Murphy, Warwick Powell and Taylor Pressler, as well as the CHDC Team: Sandra Hobbs and Liz Alexander.
• Annual update on production and business data trends across key commodities for the Central HIghlands, CHDC activities and achievements for the region in 2018 and opportunities for agribusiness in 2019.
• DAF Industry Development Officer Rural Economic Development (Central): Alicia Dunbar will provide information on Queensland Government programs and funding opportunities for agribusiness

Attendance is FREE, but registration by Monday 11 March is requested to assist catering.
