eNews 3 September 2019 - Awards Dinner Sold Out

FROM THE DESK OF CHDC'S BUSINESS FACILITATOR

Central Highlands Business Excellence Awards

Voting is open here until 5:00pm this Friday, 6 September for the People’s Choice category of the 2019 Central Highlands Business Excellence Awards.

This category is an opportunity for customers and clients to show their appreciation for local businesses whose outstanding service capabilities have contributed significantly to business excellence.

The business with the largest number of votes will be announced as the winner.

Finalists in each of the 11 other award categories were announced last month and a detailed list can be found here. The independent judges were very impressed by both the quantity and quality of applications this year.

All winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner this month. The night’s major award will be the CHDC Business of the Year, which will be selected by the judging panel from the category winners.

Tickets to the Gala Dinner have already sold out but we will endeavour to keep everyone up-to-date with the results on social media.

The service is free, independent, confidential, and available to small businesses (with up to 200 employees) located within our region.

Full details can be found here.

The Queensland Government and the Financial Counselling Foundation have provided funding to extend the RSQ counselling services to include small businesses.
